Jersey’s secondary education system

This report comprises evidence to the Children, Education and Home Affairs Panel of the States Assembly for its review of secondary education funding. The report describes and analyses – • The unusual structure of secondary education, in particular the high degree of selection. • The very limited data on attainment levels and comparisons between the schools within the Island and the performance of Jersey’s system compared with other jurisdictions.
