Legislation for a pandemic in Guernsey
Abstract
At the time of writing, the number of active cases of COVID-19 in
Guernsey has dropped to zero, and it has been well over a hundred
days since a new active case. That may well have changed by the time
this is published; nevertheless, it seems an apposite time to take a look
back at the Bailiwick’s experience of the pandemic from the point of
view of a legislative drafter, and to make a few general observations.
